About the Firm:

Join a prestigious law firm in the heart of Bristol, which prides itself on delivering exceptional legal services. Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with at least 3 PQE to join their dynamic team. If you are looking to make a significant impact and advance your career in a vibrant city, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including L & T work, real estate finance and energy sector work.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Play an active role in marketing and business development
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in real estate law.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a strong background in real estate law.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a US, international or top tier UK law firm.
  • Proven track record of handling high-value and complex property transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bristol (support for relocation may be provided).
