Real Estate Managing Associate, 5+ PQE, Bristol

5+ PQE

Salary

Market Leading + Benefits

Location

Bristol

We have started to see an upturn in the number of new real estate roles we are taking and this role would be a great opportunity for a senior real estate lawyer looking to join a busy team. The firm are very much in growth mode and real estate is a key area for growth for them in 2024.

You will be working closely with one particular partner who has an outstanding reputation for dealing with complex real estate work. The work is wide ranging and includes both private and public sector work although there is an emphasis on project work with a public sector element. You will also be involved in renewable energy work so previous experience or an interest in this area would be an advantage.

This role would particularly suit someone who sees themselves as a good second in command and someone who is keen to build strong long term relationships with clients.

There is lots of flexibility with this role both in terms of hours and hybrid working and progression within the team is very much on an individual basis rather than one size fits all. There is plenty of support internally for you to start to build and develop your own practice and reputation in the market if this is something you are looking for.

If you are only just starting to think about a move and are not fully committed to embarking on a formal interview process, this firm is very happy to arrange an informal coffee meeting to discuss what they can offer.
