Brand New role for a junior level (1-5 PQE) construction disputes lawyer with this top tier international law firm.

You will be joining a fairly small partner-led, Chambers & Partners-rated team. This role will involve advising both construction and engineering professionals as well as insurer clients on a range of complex and high value domestic and international construction disputes and professional indemnity claims. There is an excellent range of work including defective works, delays and cladding / fire safety matters as well as professional indemnity work relating to construction professionals, engineers, surveyors and architects.

As well as court proceedings, the team are involved in domestic and international arbitrations, adjudications and mediations.
