This prestigious global firms is in the process of recruiting a lawyer qualified in England and Wales to join their Capital Markets practice in London.

We are actively seeking associates with 1 to 3 years of experience from a top-tier capital markets practice. Ideally, candidates will have exposure to providing advice in both equity and debt transactions, including participation in listings on the London Stock Exchange.

This role offers the opportunity to advance your career and engage in a diverse range of international transactions, encompassing SEC-registered and Rule 144A offerings. It presents an exciting prospect for a lawyer keen to accumulate experience in matters with both UK and US elements.
