This is an ideal opportunity for a corporate lawyer who would like to transition out of fee earning to a PSL role.
This elite firm are looking for a candidate to work in tandem with their Senior Corporate PSL. The role involves working alongside a senior Knowledge Counsel in the Corporate M&A and ECM team, as well as collaborating with a wider group of knowledge lawyers both across the Corporate team and firmwide. The work will focus on collation and publication of knowledge resources spanning company law topics, with particular focus on public companies (including ECM, public takeovers, and corporate governance). The role will encompass both internal and client-facing activities such as thought leadership publications, briefings, and tailored training; it represents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to help take the department’s know-how function to new heights.
In order to be considered, you must have at least 5 years’ experience at a leading city practice and a background in Public M&A and ECM.
