Construction Associate – Senior Associate

We are instructed on an interesting construction role with a Development/Built Environment focus for leading Top 100 Law Firm that is recommended in the Legal 500 Green Guide. You will be working with a construction team that is going from strength to strength, advising on a broad range of developer (including house associations) for a broad client base of SME developers and high profile clients, and you will be integral in further developing client relationships and working with the team to bring on more junior fee earners.
You will have a solid background in construction and be familiar with the full gamut of construction contacts including JCTs, NEC’s, FIDIC’s. You will be ambitious and enthusiastic about the opportunity to deal with a broad range of development work and working with clients to move towards Net Zero.
